We stand behind every piece we make. If something isn’t right, we’ll help make it right.

You have 15 days from receiving your order to request a return.

Eligibility
To keep our gear road-ready for the next rider, returned items must be:

  • In the same condition as received — unworn/unused
  • With all tags attached and in the original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return
Email accounts@winstonsim.com.au. with your order number and the item you’d like to return.

Once your return is accepted, we’ll email you a return shipping label and packing instructions.
Items sent back without an approved return cannot be accepted.

Damages & Order Issues

We craft for longevity, but transit can be less forgiving. Inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if it’s defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and set it right.

Exceptions

To respect bespoke craftsmanship and fair pricing, we can’t accept returns on:

  • Custom or personalised products
  • Final-sale/clearance items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

Need a different size or style? The quickest route is to return the original item and, once approved, purchase the new item separately. This ensures the replacement is reserved and ships without delay.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off (For EU Shipments)

If your order ships into the European Union, you may cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused, with tags and original packaging, and you’ll need your proof of purchase.

Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, a refund to your original payment method will be issued within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

If it’s been more than 30 business days since your return was approved, please contact accounts@winstonsim.com.au. and we’ll investigate.
