Shipping Times
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Estimated delivery times:
Australia: 2–7 business days (dependent on service selected)
International: 7–21 business days (depending on service, destination and customs)
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.
Shipping Rates
We offer flat-rate shipping for all domestic and international orders.
The final shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied by their country. We recommend checking your local import regulations before placing your order.

Every Winston Sim shipment is packed using minimal, recyclable materials. It’s our way of respecting the road — and the planet.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow its journey from our hands to yours. If you can’t find the tracking email, check your spam folder or contact us at accounts@winstonsim.com.au.
Delays & Lost Parcels
We work with trusted carriers, but sometimes the unexpected happens. If your parcel is delayed or hasn’t arrived:

- Contact the shipping carrier directly
